RULES. The sports will commence on each day at 11 o'clock precisely. In each handicap race there must be three starters, or no prize ; four- starters, or no second prize ; five starters, or no third prize ; and- six starters, or no fourth prize. In each style of wrestling there, must be six competitors, or no .'second prize ; and eight competitors, or no third or fourth prizes. The decision of the Committee in all cases shall be final.
