Two divisions of the Kwangsi troops are reported to be proceeding to support him against the Northern Government, whose nominee. General Yu Ilan Mu, may have to tight h-s way to his command. Two torpedo boats have arrived at Hongkong. They deserted from Canton. The authorities at Canton arc feverishly p'acing it in a. state of defence. All available troops are being rushed up to meet a possible attack by the Northern forces.
