Mr Savage emphasises the fair treatment of the investor as the primary principle of the Government’s policy, and declares that any modification of obligations will bo 6n a free voluntary basis. The contributors to the number include Sir James Parr, various members of the Cabinet, and Mr Alan M.ulgan.
