Chiappe, while Communists ostentatiously read newspapers, affecting to disregard the debate, and causRight Wingers to walk out, declared that there would not have been any Communist Deputies if he had still been chief of the police, and also that there would not have been any red flags flying in Paris, or any occupation of the 1 actorics. Ho added that the Communists u France were being controlled by the Communist Internationale.
