July IS: Bowls,, Kahutia green, 1.30 p.m. Rugby players will be judged by the selectors and committee afterJuly il; and hockey and soccer players over the week-end. SUNDAY' NIGHT PICTURES Amongst the thrills to be p'osented at the Regent to-morrow night will be a> senes of the l best sporting shorts that can be produced, including “Hot and Cold Thrills”, “Balance”, “What Makes a Champion?”, “Jumping Grants”, and other films which will please all. The remainder of the Bobby Jonc-s shorts, will be distributed through the programme. Invitations may he obtained from the Festival office and members of the golf clubs, A.A.A., hockey, and soccer associations.

Native Racu- (Orange) 7. SURPRISE PACKET CAMPAIGN Much interest io being evinced in the Surpiise Packet campaign. In all 4000 packets will he on sale. Patrons will be helping/ a good cause and in addition receive excellent value for their small contribution.
