A Summarised version of Mr. James MacDonald's letter to the League of Nations, in which he resigned from the position of High Commissioner for Jewish and other refugees from Germany, was firstly communicated to the press by the official news agency with the comment that because Germany was endeavouring to straighten out abuse of domination by foreign (dements, people abroad thought that they were entitled to fitter derogatory criticism and. give advice. “It is suggested that the League of Nations should concern itself with the treatment of minorities within the League States, instead of how Geimawy is accomplishing ths internal building up of the nation,’’ states the comment.
