CITY’S FINE RECOVERY

The fourth series of local senior matches was concluded on Saturday, when there was generally improved form. The outstanding feature was the recovery of City against Mnrist, in the A grade. On the first day Marist mado 99 and City only 27, hut on Saturday there was a complete change about: Marist made 87 in the second innings, leaving City 150 to make for outright victory, a task which was accomplished with the loss of only three wickets.
