The Sunday Times says that the conversations between the Government and the Dominion representatives coming to the Jubilee will be more important than was at first supposed. They will include the operation overseas and in Britain of quotas, tariffs, subsidies and levies with the possibility of a long term agreement of an Empire economic policy, the development of Imperial finance and the resumption of migration.
