Showing remarkable accuracy iu the high wind, the American professional golfers won three foursomes against Australia at the La-keg course to-day. Laffoou and Wood defeated W. Bolger and Spence, 5 and 4; Runyan and Cooper defeated Stewart and V. Richardson, G and 5; Shuto and Diegel defeated Nai,smith and Cohen, 7 and G. The Americans, who outclassed their opponents were rarely off the fairway, and covered the pin with their seconds. Laffoon and Wood play cd dazzling golf. The singles will be played to-morrow.
