WEDDING
CAMERON— HUTCHINSON
A wedding of much interest was solemnised yesterday morning at St. Luke’s Church, Waerenga-a-hika, when Joan Elizabeth, daughter of the late Mr. and Airs. J. Hutchinson. Victoria, Vancouver Island, was married to Kenneth Eric Findlater. only son of the late Mr. and Airs. A. J. Cameron of “Pouparae 5 ,” AVae-renga-a-hika. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. A. Hodgson. The bride, who was given away by* Mr. V. T. C. Savage, of Waimata Valley, looked charming in a frock of Lido blue and white floral sils pique ornamented with hand faggotting and blue velour hat. Her exquisite bouquet was composed of chrysanthemums iu sunset tints and very beautiful hybiseus from the garden of her future home. The bridesmaid, Afiss Joanne Cameron, sister of the bridegroom, wore a smart frock of leaf green and brown printed felt crepe, finished with a deep cream shoulder spray of real flowers and a brown felt hat.
The bridegroom was attended byMr. Seton Porter.
Following the ceremony a small delightfully informal luncheon party was held at “Pouparae,” the bride and bridegroom leaving later on their honeymoon.
