INTERNATIONAL UNION. CONFERENCE OF SIXTY NATIONS. (British Official Wireless.) ' RUGBY, May 2. Nearly GO nations were represented at a preliminary meeting in London of tho conference of the International Union for the Protection of Industrial Property A plenary session of the conference will take place in the Locarno room of the Foreign Office. The last conference of .the kind was held in 1925, and this is the iiist occasion on which the union has met in London. The subjects to be discussed are important, highly technical matters relating to th» protection of patent rights, designs, trade marks, and other kindred matters coming within the scope of the union. Sir F. Leith-Ross heads the British delegation.
