There is, apparently, considerable uncertainty in regard to cheese marketing at the present _ juncture. Speaking to a “Times” reporter yesterday, Mr. J. H. Reid, of Opotiki, said that it was significant that cheese companies were not, this season, receiving cabled offers fr 0 m Home agents. He did not know for certain whether this state of affairs was connected with the quota problem, hut he was inclined to believe that Home merchants were awaiting a definite solution to it. Meantime, cheese companies w e re sending their consignments Home in the usual way
