MBS. ALEXANDER GORDON

The death occurred, on Er'dny evoninw, of Airs. Margaret Francos Gordon, wife of Air. Alexander Gordon, the well-known Ormond farmer. Though of a rather retiring disposition, Mrs. Gordon bad a wonderful fund of sympathy for anyone in trouble and, during her 40 years at Makaurl and Orniond, she a wide circle of friends who will j™t» in ilie retr.ret at her parsing. The late Mrs. Gordon was • born at Amherley. Canterbury. OR years ago, and came to this district as a vouug woman, her marriage taking place' here. She is survived hv her husband and one daughter.'
