DAIRY-MAN SERIOUSLY INJURED

(Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, May 26.

While driving his wfl’e to a uursiug home early this morning, James Phillip Dowdlo, a dairyman, of Cashmere Hills, was seriously injured through his car going off the road and crashing into a gully The visibility was bad at- the time through fog. Airs Dowdle had a remarkable escape, and managed to assist her-husband to the road, where a passing van picked them up. Tlie car was wrecked.
