QUESTION OF VALIDITY (U.P.A. by Elec. Teh Copyright) (Rec. Mav 26, B.fO p.m.) SYDNEY. May ATho Full Court unanimously refused the application for an injunction in regard to the validity of the referendum «on 'the Urtper House. The court will give its reasons next week

Mr. Loxton, K.C., intimated his intention of taking the case to the High Court of Australia, and asked tho Court to continue the interim injunction of May 19. Air. Justice Harvey replied: “Me do not- think there is sufficient substance in your application to continue it.” -

His Honor added “The Court unani rnously dismisses the application for an injunction. Wo will gve our. reason next week.”
