LITVINOFF COMING TO LONDON

The Times Moscow correspondent reports that M. Litvinolf is due to arrive before the World Conference opens, for a talk with Sir John Simon, at which he hopes to regularise Anglo-Soviet relations. The Soviet is willing conditionally to release Thornton and MacDonald. The condition. would he the removal of the emoa»go on Russian goods. It is believed that Thornton and MacDonald would be released before M. Litviuoff’s arrival in London.
