WINTER SHOW
TO OPEN THIS EVENING COMPREHENSIVE DISPLAY “ With record entries, the Poverty Bay AVinter Show Association’s annual fixture, which will he officially opened in jtho N.Z. Shipping Co.’s store in Grey street, this evening, should be one of the most successful held in the district. Keen interest has been displayed by exhibitors, tradespeople, and the public, and a very largo and comprehensive display of tho pick of the produce nf Poverty Bay will he on exhibition. Judging twill, commence at 10.30 tbris morning, and the adjudicators will undoubtedly have a very strenuous time, for the large number of classes must be judged and ticketed in time for the public opening at t pm, The official opening will ho performed by Air D. W. Coleman ALP , find the Alayor, Air John Jackson, at 8 o’clock. Thereafter for the remainder of the week, the show will be open to the public from 9.30 a.m. till noon 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.. and 7JO.m. to 10 p m In order to give every facility to tho public to be present, a free bus will be run at frequent intervals, from (Gladstone road to the show.
