APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEES. The executive of the Poverty Bay Show Association rnet on Monday evening; present:—Mr. G. W. Armstrong fchair) Airs. L. SwarbricL and Messrs S. D. Buntin, F. G, Murphy, J. B. Greig, T. G. Johns, O. Swarbrick, F. S. Bree, J- W. Blathwayt, B. C. Jeffreys, R. AlcCullough. and J. AT. Kay, secretary. After a lengthy discussion as to the prospects, it was finally resolved that a show should be field this year., the motion being carried unanimously. The following committees were appointed to go into the revision of the schedule and to report in reference to prize money and entry fees.:— Section A. farm produce.—Afessrs. J. B. Greig (Convener). R. AlcCullough, and W. P. Walker. Section B. garden produce.—Messrs H. J. Lougfier (convenor). S. Pardoe and W. Campbell. Section C. fruit. —The Poverty Bay Fruitgrowers’ Association.
Section D. home industries, and section E. home products.—Alesdames L. Alawson (convener), and L. Swarbrieb.
Section F, sewing and knitting.— Airs. S. D. Buntin. Section F, School exhibits—Messrs, 0. R. Olsen (convener). A. G. Lancaster and C. Rigby. School scwiug: Alisses AlcCashiit (convener) and McKechnie. Section H. art.— T. G. Johns (convener). G. W. Armstrong and L. Richardson.
