MOTOR-CYCLIST’S SEVER E INJURIES. GIVEN ANAESTHETIC IN STREET (Press Association.; NEW PLYMOUTH, Jan. 16. An anaesthetic was administered in the,' street ’to a young man, Alex. Campbell, an employee at the -Waits ra freezing works, who, when riding a. motor-cycle to-night, crashed into a New Plymouth tram-car. Ho suffered a compound fracture of the right leg below the knee, a double fracture of the right thigh, a severe gash, on the right thigh, and facial abrasions.
