FALL INTO HOT POOL. MAORI CHILD IN DANGEROUS CONDITION. (Press Association.) ROTORUA, October 14. As .the result of severe scalds suffered through falling into a liot pooi at Wiiakarewaroivva this afternoon, a four-year-old Maori child, Alec Eparaina, was admitted to hospital in a serious condition. The boy, one of a party of children, ivas playing on tlio track in tho vicinity of the Spout hath and apparently rail off the side from liis companions, and stumbled into the (water. His screams attracted attention, and brought his aunt from a nearby house. With tho assistance of several helpers she succeeded in dragging the child from the pool, but by this time ho was severely scalded, and was reported in a danterous condition when admitted "to hospital. • , Who pays the bill for the injured?
