BERLIN, Jan. 15Hundreds of English agents are arriving on behalf of municipalities, railways and estate* agents, anxious to sell factory sites' to German firms, who, ‘under’ the tariff, find it advisable to'transfer their manufacturing plaiits to Britain. Already there is considerable alarm and indignation in Germany owing to a number of businesses transferring at least a portion of their factory plants to England, thus depriving Germans of employment.
