Strachory and Dr Forgan, members of tho Commons and supporters of Sir O. Mosley’s new party, have written separately to Mr. MacDonald resigning from tlio Labor Party. Mr. Strachcy complains that the Government ignored the warning ot the approaching economic crisis. It (rejected constructive proposals for the reabsorption of unemployed, and is now compelled to adopt its opponents’ policy of reducing tho working class standards of living. Dr. Forgan accuses thg. Government of departing from its election policy in failing to undertake tho task of national resonstruotion and entering into an alliance with Mr. Lloyd- George whom it ridiculed m 1929..
