A new comet was discovered on Wednesday at 2 a .in. of magnitude 5 that is, it is a bright comet visible to' the:naked eye.' Its right , ascension .is-12 hours 8 minutes 28 seconds, decimation 21 degrees 42 minutes sopth. //'lie,' right ascension is increasing 20 minutes of the arc a day and the declination is increasing s-jutbwards fifty minutes, a day. • The comet, is in the constellation Carvis'-the Crow, about three hours tn advance Of the sun, and therefore may be seen in the early morning.
