Nov. 5. A violent dust storm, followed by a severe thunderstorm and torrential rain, caused great damago at Condoholin. Six men were injured when a large verandah collapsed. A curious accident occurred at a railway crossing at Nyngan during the storm. Tho wind blew so hard that seven cattle trucks were set in motion in the station yard. Gathering speed down a slight incline, they crashed into a.motor car at the crossing, injuring the occupants, a man ancF a boy, who remained for some time trapped in a sedan car, with the struck right over them. . The storm being so violent, no one was moving about at the time. Rain and wind caused widespread havoc.
