BROTHER-IN-LAW ROUND WITH THROAT CUT. CHARGED WITH MURDER. (Australian Press Assn.) (Received Oct. 31, 10 p.m.) MELBOURNE. Oct. 31. Mrs Margaret Searon, housekeeper for her brother-in-law, Joseph Livingstone, aged G 6 years, was found dead at her home at Frankston, a seaside resort, to-day, with severe gashes in the neck. The body was found face downwards in the backyard. Livingstone, who is an estate agent, was discovered in a front room with his throat cut, but was able to speak. He told the police that lie had intended to commit suicide, but changed his mind. He was arrested and charged with murder.
