OPENING . SHOOT
Tlie opening match of , the G.sborne Rifle Club, took place at the Mangapapa range during the weekend, and owing to unfavorable weather conditions the attendance of marksmen was small. Hie match for the Club’s silver snooiis was fired off at 300 and 500 "yards, resulting in T. Stitch bury gaining first place with 88 points,-and F. -Jeune, .funr., running him a close second with 87.
