GERMAN, TEAM VISIT LONDON. ISTHMIAN LEAGUE DEFEATED. (British Official Wireless.> RUGBY, Oct. 23. For; the fii'st time, since the war. a German football team played in London yesterday, and won. The match took place at Wimbledon between a team representing the Berlin . Football Association, and an eleven chosen lrom clubs in • the Isthmian League. The-Germans played .an admirable game, and won by four goals to one.
