Williams, Minister for -PuWte Works, referred to the criticism the Prime Minister by Mr Wsant Clayton, the United Party candidate for the Gisborne **•*■_ r Mr Williams said that Mr CfagtMJ had alleged that Mr Coates suffered from a swelled head.
