The. Indies’ swimming season has closed. Edna Havoy "and Bonnie Mealing, Olympic champions, created new Australian records. The lonnei' did 220 yards in 2.48 1-5, while Miss Mealing did loO* yards backstroke in 1.17 l-o, the last fifty yards being unplaced.
