CHRISTCHGKCII, Feb. 13. In tlie Supreme, Court to-day an application lor ah order for discharge from bankruptcy was made by Herbert Kirk McDongall, a solicitor. Bankrupt appeared in person and detailed the matter of las financial failure. , . His Honor, Mr Justice Adams, remarked that it was unfortunate that a solicitor of the court should have been concerned in racing matteis, which ultimately brought him into the position which the documents revealed.
