The Daily Mail’s Berlin correspondent says that Senator Leniery. exFrench Minister, made a remarkable statement in the newspaper Tagliche Rundschau about negotiations he was conducting in Berlin with a view to gaining German co-operation in the exploitation ot the French colonies. He describes a plan to form several companies, employing equally FrancoGerman capital in Guinea, the Ivory Coast. Equatorial Africa and Senegal. Senator Leniery states the Quai D'Ovsav approved the plan.
