Replying to the Leader of the Op position in the House to-day, the Prime Alinister said the report of the joint elect Samoan Committee was ready for presentation, and would, be 1-aid oil the table at a suitable opportunity. Tho report of the Royal Commission on Samoa was ready. It had been signed by the Governor-General, and bad just reached him. It lias first to. be considered by Cabinet, and bo doubted if it could be laid on the table this session, but it must be made available tu members and the press.—P.A.
