TEACHERS’ EXAMS.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES. (Special to: the Times.-) , ~ WELLINGTON, Oct. 20. The principal results of the examinations held, in Afigust for the purposes 'of teachers’ certificates have now-been issued, successful candid dates in Poverty Bay and adjacent districts being given below. ' . The first list (I) contains the names of successful- candidates for Classes B C ancl D. Teachers’ certificates will be issued to such of these as have produced satisfactory - evidence of age and good character,- thiivo passed the special medical examination required., and have fulfilled tho necessary conditions as to length, of service and efficiencv in teaching. The second list (II) gives the names of those who have passed in two or more subjects "of Parts I* and IU of Class 0, but have yet to complete the examination. The third list (111) contains tho names of those who + have obtained "nortial passes in tlie Class D LxaSSoiTand the fourth list (IV) those who have gained passes or partial passes in one or more groups'of Class D.
