The Aorangi lias sailed for New Zealand. Her passengers include Sir Mark Sheldon, for Sydney; also the Hon. Ernest La Pointe, Minister of Justice, to represent Canada at the Canberra opening. Mr. La Pointe is a powerful statesman and a sparkling orator. He stood aside to permit Mr. Mackenzie King to become Premier, states a Vancouver cable.
