SCANDINAVIA UNDERSELLING OTTAAVA, April 4. The Canadian Commissioner, Air D. H. Ross, of Melbourne, advised the Government that Scandinavians are underselling Canadian newsprint despite the preference. Norway and Sweden recently quoted newsprint at 10s a ton duty paid,, at Australian ports, below Canadian or British paper.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
