MUNICIPAL AMENITIES AT GREENWICH LABORITE ATTACKS CHAIRMAN. LONDON, Jan. 22. Extraordinary scenes were witnessed at a meoting of the Greenwich Borough Council, where the Laborites are in a minority of one against the Municipal Reformers. Dr. Morgan, a Laborite, accused Mr Thorn, the Mayor, of counting votes inaccurately, and said: “I am going to use deliberately provocative language to force you to sue me, you swine of a chairman. If your photograph was hung up S would smash the glass.” When the Reormers moved the adjclurrimerrt, Dr« Morgan threw an ink-bottle on the floor, bespattering the clerks.
