VIOLENT EXPLOSION
HEAVY DAMAGE AT SUGAR WORKS. (Received Jan. 24, 0.0 p.m.) SYDNEY, Jan. 24. A violent explosion wrecked the wall of one of the main buildings of the Colonial Sugar Refining Co'nv pany’s refining works at Pyrmont. Elying brickwork badly damaged the roof of the laboratory adjoining. 'Five men attending a sugar bin where the explosion occurred were injured, three seriously. The damage was verv beavv U.P.A.
