It is reported that the Wanganui Meat Freezing C 0.,. Ltd., which has been unable to obtain finance to open its works this season, lias agreed to sell them to the New Zealand Refrigerating Co., .Ltd., whicli company owns other local works. The sale is subject only -to ratification bv shareholders ol‘ the.Wanganui. Kroemog Co., and a' meeting of shareholders has been called for Wednesday, February 8, th approve or ot'hervvh'e-' of the sale.
