Greece has proclaimed neutrality in the Albianian dispute.—Sum LONDON, Dec. 23. Reports regarding the fighting in Albania are conflicting. Britain is doing its best to localise the trouble by advice to the parties concerned, imt tho reports of the despatch of British warships are untrue. BELGRADE, Dec. 23, Albanian allegations that Yugoslavian troops arc participating in the Albanian rising are semo-officially denied. The newspapers suggest that the Albanian note to the League of Nations is supported by Soviet Russia, whose only representative in the Balkans is in Albania, and who is alleged to be taking advantage of tho present situation to prevent the re-establishment of peace in the Balkans.—Reuter.
