DEATH OF VICTIM
AUCKLAND, June 4. Albert Neary, admitted ffi the hospital yesterday, died this morning from coneussioh alleged to have been received when he was assaulted by Wdiiam George Iveir, who was charged with assault and remanded previous to Neary’s death.—P.A.
