MINISTER APPEALS TO DOMINIONS FOR SUPPORT.

LONDON, May 5. At a Government luncheon on the occasion of the British Industries Fair, at which most of the High Commissioners were present, the lit. Hon.' Sydney Webb, President of the Board of Trade, who presided, expressed the hope that the Fair would influence British trade in the same manner as the Leipzig and Nijninovgorod fairs did.
