LONDON, May 5. The Evening Standard states that the Cabinet committeo including 'Lord Chelmsford, Mr Thomas, Lord Parmoor, and Brigadier-General Thomson, met to-day to decide the fate of Commander Burney’s airship scheme. ® The committee has already examined many witnesses. Cabinet will probably authorise the construction of airships far superior to any in the world for. service to India. The new schemes may involve the expenditure of a million pounds.—A. and N.Z. O.A.
