HOSPITAL ENDOWMENTS.
GENEROUS ’BEQUESTS. JOURNALIST SOCIETIES BENEFIT. (Received April 11, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 11. Thirty-four hospitals will benefit by Lucy's will to the extent of £IOOO apiece, which is to be used to endow cots, to be named Nar.-cy Lucy after his wife. Similar beneractions have been made to journalist societies, which will share the residue of his estate with the hospitals after Lady Lucy’s death. — A. and N.Z.C.A.
