The Industrial Corporation lyouf('rente passed a resolution, affirming that the time had arrived when a deliberate and determined effort should he made to establish outside markets for the surplus products of this Dominion and that a national committee lie appointed to consider ways and means to this end, the membership to consist of representatives of the primary, manufacturing, and commercial interests.—P.A.
