JAPAN WITHDRAWING FORCES
RUSSIANS LEFT TO FIGHT THEIR OWN BATTLES. (Received Feb. 21. 8.10 p.mA NEW YORK, Feb. 20. Tlie New York Times’ Moscow correspondent states that according to a resort from the Far Eastern Hepublic, Habarovsk was occupied by a Reel army on February 14. The message indicates that the Japi-uv.->e forces left the White Russians to fight alone. The Japanese action is considered the first result of the Washington Conference, whereat it was announced that Japan promised to withdraw from the Far Easter Republic.—A.* and X.Z.C.A.
