LAST NIGHT OF "OH BOY” AND "DEADLIER SEX." Blanche Sweet, an old favorite is seen at Everybody’s in "The Deadlier Sex” the story of , which revolves about a modern girl who kidnaps her money-grabbing business enemy and takes him to the woods where Iris money is of no use. Miss Sweet is given an excellent support by Mahlon Hamilton as the man who wanted . nothing chat money could buy; Winter Hall as her father and Russel Simpson as the mountain guide. "Oh Boy” is a well described as a rollicking comedy drama of sunshine, smiles and feminine lovliness aind one is soon whirled into complications, in which June Caprice has the lead in the romance and the well-known Cora Pinch has a good aprt in the comedy. College boys and girls have much to do with the merriment, and a stern old judge is drawn into the fun and everybody is convulsed with laughter before things finally .straighten, themselves out. These two features and the Christie comedy "Cornin’ Thro’ the Rye’ ‘ will be finally shown to-night. To-morrow commencing at the matinee "The Scoffer” should arouse more than usual interest amongst local picture enthusiasts. "The Scoffer" is an Allan Dwan .special production released through First National, based on the llieory that even a religions man’s faith in the Supreme Being can be shaken by adverse circumstances. This production comes heralded with a great reputation. In addition the 12th epis ode of the Silent Avenger serial, several fine comedies and best of other pictures will be presented.
