PLAN TO PREVENT SUBMERSION OF WHITES. (Received Aua - 9. 5.5 p.m. LONDON. Aug. S. Sir James Marchant is planning a world tour, including Australia, New Zealand. Canada. and the * United States with a view to organising an -international conference in Europe in 1922 to deal with the. reaffirmation of the normal ideal relating to sex, marriage, parentage, the rise and fall of population and birthrates. He says: The tour does not represent any party, creed or association, hut stands for whites world wide, standing _ together to prevent racial submersion. All the Bishops, non-conformist loaders. General Booth, well-known philanthropists and social workers are supporting the project.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
