FANATIC TURKS.

NATIONALIST PARTY PROPAGANDA. “MOSLEM TERRITORY DEFILED BY INFIDELS.” CRITICAL SITUATION IN CECILIA. (Received April 25, 5.5 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE. April 23. A proclamation published in Adrianople generally indicates the insurgent viewpoint. It describes the National movement and confirms the Koranic injunction to defend Moslem territory menaced by infidels. It is alleged that Greeks, aided by British, are wading in Moslem blood at Smyrna and that the Nationalists are tho only means of restoring tho liberty of the Sultan and forcing the Allies to grant a favorable peace. The Cicllian situation is still critical. Fighting continues at Pozanti, where a French force is isolated. It is reported that several hundred Armenian and Greek railwuymen have been murdered at Rilletnodi.— Times.
