Mr. Pemberton reports as ofllows: Present indications are for increasing westerly winds northward of New Plymouth and Napier and high and squally north-west to . south-west winds elsewhere. . Expect unsettled cloudy and misty weather with rain generally and heavy rain in Westland and Otagp. Electrical disturbances are probable in the south. The barometer is unsteady with' a further falling tendency. •
