Australian and N.Z. Cable BERNE, August 19. Tlie recent meeting of AustroGerman Emperors decided that the \u Aro-German armies he pjneeti under one command, which will be German. They also invited Turkey and Bulgaria to adhere to tlie arrangement for unity of command.
